Product Description
Three-in-one ceramic rubber liners combine alumina ceramic, rubber, and a steel backing plate in one wear-resistant panel. During hot vulcanization, the ceramic elements are embedded in rubber and formed together with the steel plate. Mounting bolts or studs are arranged on the back for mechanical fixing.
The ceramic surface resists sliding abrasion, while the rubber layer helps absorb impact and vibration. The steel backing supports the composite structure and makes individual panels easier to install and replace.
Panel dimensions, ceramic shape, total thickness, steel plate thickness, and bolt layout can be customized according to the equipment drawing and actual working conditions. This type of liner is mainly used in bulk material handling equipment exposed to both abrasion and impact under normal operating temperatures.

Our Advantages
1. Our core team has nearly 20 years of experience in alumina ceramics and industrial wear protection.
2. Ceramic grade, ceramic shape, and rubber thickness can be selected according to the conveyed material, particle size, drop height, and wear position.
3. Hot vulcanization forms the ceramic, rubber, and steel backing into an integrated panel, reducing the risk of separation during operation.
4. Panel dimensions and bolt positions are produced according to the confirmed drawing. Dimensions, ceramic arrangement, bonding condition, and mounting points are checked before delivery.
Product Application
Three-in-one ceramic rubber liners are mainly used in equipment where abrasive bulk material causes both impact and sliding wear, including:
Different parts of the same equipment may experience different levels of impact and abrasion. For a suitable liner design, please provide the equipment drawing, handled material, maximum particle size, drop height, operating temperature and current wear condition.
Features
Wear-resistant ceramic surface
The alumina ceramic working face protects the equipment against continuous abrasion from ore, coal, clinker, cement raw material, and other abrasive bulk solids.
Rubber cushioning layer
Rubber surrounding and supporting the ceramic helps absorb part of the impact energy and reduces vibration transferred to the ceramic.
Steel-backed construction
The steel backing provides structural support and allows the liner to be securely installed with bolts or studs.
Hot-vulcanized composite structure
The ceramic, rubber, and steel plate are formed into one panel through hot vulcanization, creating a stable composite structure.
Replaceable panel design
Mechanically fixed panels can be removed individually during maintenance without replacing the entire lining area.
Customized production
Square, rectangular, curved and irregular panels can be produced according to drawings. Ceramic thickness, rubber thickness, steel backing, and bolt layout are selected for the actual application.
Packing and shipping
1. Three-in-one ceramic rubber liners are normally packed in reinforced wooden cases or on suitable racks and pallets. Protective material is placed between the panels to reduce damage during handling.
2. Bulk orders are generally shipped by sea or land. Samples and small quantities can be shipped by air or international express when required.
3. Production time depends on the order quantity, panel dimensions, and drawing complexity. The delivery schedule will be confirmed before production.
4. Product labels, shipping marks, packing methods and required export documents can be prepared according to the project and destination requirements.
